Software AG, a billion-dollar, global enterprise software company was having their annual event and was tasked with making sure employees were interested, the public was intrigued and build a bridge for their 2022 conference over 18 months away. The theme of the event is "Truly Connected World". Only fitting, they reached out to Chris Dancy, the world's most "connected" person. Initially, the event was for a single closing keynote, but after exploring the many ways Chris enhances conference from event services to media services to custom code, it became clear this team was going to redefine the content, reach, and scope of this event for years to come!

EVENT CO-PRODUCTION

While we had a professional video and event team with SFG Productions the planning of the messaging before, during, and after with the alignment of the keynote stakeholders was critical. Using a custom-built AirTable Chris was able to delegate work, turn in assets and collaborate with creatives to bring to life this revolutionary event in less than six weeks.

DIGITAL AMBASSADOR

Emcees need to do more than be the common thread at the event, they need to personally connect to the content. That's why Chris created five custom mini-keynotes to introduce each executive, customer and partner and event created a unified custom closing keynote.
